One continuous history

Keep inspections, queen events, splits, images and actions together.

Hive inspection records

Log colony strength, frames of brood, BIAS, queen status, queen cups and cells, stores, supers, temperament, health observations, feeding, treatments, management performed and actions needed. Voice-led entry is planned so the beekeeper can dictate naturally and review only what needs clarification.

Colony graphs and permanent history

Frames of bees and brood can be plotted through the season, while inspections, treatments, queen events, splits, merges and movements remain attached to the underlying colony history.

Actions and interactive calendar

An observation can create a linked action without deleting or rewriting the original inspection. The calendar is designed to show both historical inspections and future work, including treatment removal dates, swarm-control follow-ups, queen-rearing milestones and apiary tasks.

Queens, splits and colony lifecycle

Queens have their own identity and can move between colonies. Splits create unique descendant colony identities; merges preserve the histories of both source colonies. Sold colonies can expose a controlled buyer-facing HiveIQ Passport.

Treatment and feeding records

Link treatments, feeding and supporting receipts to the colony record, add due dates for follow-up work and preserve a clear completion history. When a treatment needs removing, HiveIQ can place the date on the calendar and keep the action visible until the beekeeper confirms completion.
